Description of how to book and pay on the website:
1) Select the check-in date, check-out date, and number of adults and children. / According to our hotel rules, children are between the ages of 2 and 11.99 /.
2) Select “check availability”.
3) Select the room type you want to book.
4) Edit your booking / optional / and then select “Go to the next step”
5) Fill in your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Filling in the address and additional notes is optional. You must click on the box that you agree to the terms and conditions.
6) After creating your reservation and choosing to pay by bank card, you will be redirected to the banking system and you will see the form with fields for entering card data:
– “Card number” field – in this field, the user must enter the entire number found on the front of the bank card, without spaces between the numbers.
Example: the card number is printed on the plastic as follows – 1234 5678 1234 5678. In the card number field, this number should be entered as follows: 1234567812345678.
– CVV code field – this field must contain a three-digit security code that is printed on the back of the bank card.
– “Expiry date” field – in this field, the user must enter the expiration date of the relevant bank card. This value can be written differently on different bank cards (08/20, 05/2020, etc.).
– “Cardholder Name” field – in this field, the user must enter the name of the cardholder as printed on the bank card. They must be written in the same way as they are written (embossed) on the bank card.
Characters like !, $,%, &, *, ‘, ” etc. are not allowed.
After filling in all the required information, press the “submit” button. You will see a confirmation screen containing all the details you have already filled. If everything is correct, press the “Confirm” button.
If the transaction is successful, you will see a screen confirming your booking and confirming your payment. The same confirmations will be sent to your email address.
General terms for payment of reservations through the site
You can pay for the reservation by credit card – payment for the relevant reservation can be made through the website by debit/credit cards with VISA and MASTERCARD logos. To protect against fraud when paying with credit cards, we apply the best techniques recommended by international card organizations:

– The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a CVV security code;

The amounts you pay through the website are limited to BGN 10,000, as all payments are treated as payments for the specific reservation only.
The currency of the transaction in case of card payments is BGN / EUR.

Through our website www.neptunbeach.com we provide an online platform through which we advertise our services and through which site visitors can make reservations. When you make a reservation through www.neptunbeach.com, you enter into a direct contractual relationship (legally binding) with Neptun Beach – your accommodation. From the moment you choose the desired service, we act only as an intermediary between you and the Virtual POS terminal of United Bulgarian Bank, forwarding your data for the selected reservation to the relevant payment area of United Bulgarian Bank – Virtual POS Terminal.
After completing the payment for the service you have chosen in the bank’s online terminal, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation from us in your e-mail.
We are fully responsible for updating all rates, number of rooms, and any other information contained on our website until you are redirected to the virtual POS terminal of United Bulgarian Bank. Although we take special efforts and care to achieve the high quality of the services we offer, we do not check and cannot guarantee the payment service of the bank, whether their entire system is working correctly, nor can we be responsible for any errors (direct or indirect ), interruptions (due to temporary and/or partial damage, repair, updating or technical operation of the virtual POS terminal).
Our services are available for personal and non-commercial use. For this reason, you may not resell, deep link (link to sub-pages of the site, not just the front page), copy, track (e.g. using spyware, spider, and scrapware), publish, download or reproduce any type of information, text, software, products or services offered or available on our website for any commercial or competitive purposes.
We do not require your credit card details to guarantee your booking. We send you to the United Bulgarian Bank Virtual POS terminal after you confirm the desired service on our website and send your credit card details directly to the United Bulgarian Bank. To confirm and complete your booking, you must pre-pay for the services you have confirmed on our website / unless otherwise advertised or agreed on our website).
Please read the cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking and making payment. Please note that sometimes there is no refund option for the transaction/fund transfer / made by you.

The payment is made reliably by a third party (United Bulgarian Bank) and is transferred directly from your bank account to the hotel’s bank account. “TOP-99 DDG” Ltd. does not make, accept or process payments – this is done through the virtual POS terminal of the United Bulgarian Bank.
In the event of fraud or misuse of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card issuers assume the risk and cover any payments resulting from such fraud or misuse, which may sometimes be subject to a deductible. “TOP-99 DDG” Ltd. does not enter into payment relations with the users during the reservation of the service and the redirection of the users to the United Bulgarian Bank system. Therefore, “TOP-99 DDG” Ltd. is not responsible if the company or bank that issued your credit card deducts money from you for unauthorized transactions as a result of bookings through our website.
When choosing a card payment method:
– The payment page of our servicing bank (OBB) is opened, where you need to enter your card data (number, expiration date, security code, name)
– If you are registered with the Verified by VISA or Master Card Secure Code authentication systems, the authentication page of your issuing bank opens where you must enter your authentication password
– If the transaction is successful (successful authentication and authorization), a transaction note appears on the screen, which you should print or save.
Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will only be accepted if it has been registered with the Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code online authentication systems.
If sums paid by card for services agreed and provided by us are to be refunded, this will be done by us employing a credit transaction to the card through which the relevant payment was made.
No fees or charges are withheld for processing payments made through the Website.
Reservation and accommodation
The present conditions for online reservations oblige “TOP-99 DDG” Ltd. to provide the reservation requested and paid for by the customer according to the data submitted by the customer in the reservation form regarding the name of the customer, period of stay, number of nights, number of adults and children and additional services.
The “Remarks” field in the reservation form is not mandatory for “TOP-99 DDG “OOD, and all customer requests indicated in this field will be satisfied only if and when possible.
In special situations that require a change of reservation data, “TOP-99 DDG” Ltd. undertakes to provide the client with the relevant services in a hotel whose class is not lower than the one booked.
Children under the age of 12 on the date of arrival at the hotel are considered children on the booking form.
– Upon check-in, the customer must provide the confirmation received by e-mail proving his reservation and payment status;
– Upon check-in, the customer must provide a valid passport or ID card.
Prices and payment
The prices indicated on the website of “TOP-99 DDG” Ltd. are final customer prices including 9% VAT, resort tax, and insurance. The total amount that customers have to pay is calculated automatically, and the reservation is made according to the booked stay, the number of adults and children, additional services, and the real price offer for the hotel.
“TOP-99 DDG” Ltd. reserves the right to change the prices and special offers published on its website, following market demand and currently available rooms. For confirmed and paid reservations by the customer, the amount for the reservation does not change, regardless of whether a new price offer is presented.
When booking online, full payment by debit/credit card must be made at the time of booking.
Cancellations and changes of reservations
No penalty is charged in case of cancellation 15 or more days before arrival.
If the cancellation is made between 14 days and 1 day before arrival, including a no-show, the amount is not refunded, and the hotel offers a free change of dates.
The above rules apply only to reservations made directly through the “TOP-99 DDG” OOD websites, without the involvement of tour operators and various reservation systems. When booking apartments in Bulgaria through tour operators or reservation systems, the rules set by the respective tour operator or reservation system apply.
